VALENTINE's Arts Markets 2017

Saturday's Valentine's Market at Butterfly Walk shopping arcade filled a pop up shop with a wonderful range of creative items. This photo above shows stalls with items by MuffinInk and Wolle and Hide . Shoppers also loved the scented soaps from Saboon Alee , the stunningly colourful cut outs by Florence , cute messages on cards and babygros by Ginger Doodles , South American inspired shirts and leather items by Martin Smith Productions , and the curious ceramics by KED space.Below is one of the three jewellery stalls offering stylish accessories: Mya and Joe , Elixir by Kali , and new start up Meeka designs.

Meanwhile at the swish ORTUS Learning and Events Centre on Grove Lane a completely different Valentine's Fair took place offering amazing prints and cards by Pauline Amphlett , delightful London landmarks in prints and mugs by Euan Cunningham and prints of Londoners by Sally Cutler .

Not only were there cards and prints for Valentine's shoppers, but also sublime chocolate by Goodness Raw Chocolate, Flowers to die (not literally) for by Alice McCabe Flowers , gloriously scented candles by Apamate Scents , and superbly scented soaps by Saboon Allee . We also had five inspirational jewellery designers selling their creations: Smed Shop capturing the spirit of Norway, Ailsigr drawing on Celtic mythology and nature, MJTMVB 's glorious designs knitting gems and coral into beautiful silver webs, Jackie Blumler's wonderful accessories made from upcycled and reclaimed buttons and beads, and Coldharbour Lights delicate and whimsical birds on perches and necklaces both with chandelier crystal pieces.  If you missed these stalls at Valentine's make sure you see their websites to realise what amazing talent there is in and around Camberwell (see below).
